Socket 13+1 pin G-13-C
The G-13-C socket is a reliable 13+1 PIN connector designed for trucks and trailer and semi-trailer combinations. Thanks to the additional pin, it offers extended functionality and better adaptation to modern electrical installation systems. The design with nickel-plated contacts guarantees high corrosion resistance, and the solid housing – durability even in demanding road conditions.
The 13-pin socket compliant with the ISO 11446 standard provides full support for trailer lighting and additional functions. The dedicated pin 10 (+12V power supply after the ignition) allows automatic disconnection of the vehicle’s rear fog lights after connecting the trailer, in accordance with ECE R48 regulations. This function is active in vehicles with the CAN-Bus system (mainly models after 2005) equipped with a compatible towbar harness. Make sure that the installation complies with the vehicle and trailer documentation.
